The Align | فاستقم application is built as a Free app. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use the Service.
For a better experience, while using the Service, the Application may require certain personally identifiable information. The Application is offline first: an account is optional, and your data only leaves your device if you create an account, which turns sync on.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external server, unless you create an account, which turns sync on. Once you have an account, your events, trackers and their logs, your schedule and your settings are sent over an encrypted connection to our server so that your devices stay in step. Your account email is used only to sign you in and to recover your password. You can delete your synced data from Settings inside the app at any time, and deleting your account removes that data from the server.
The app does not currently use third-party services that collect information used to identify the user.
The Application may request access to the device's location.
This is used solely to calculate accurate prayer times for the specific location.
This location data is processed locally on the device and is never transmitted, stored, or shared with the developer or any third parties.
This Service does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. Users have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to the device.
The Service values the trust in providing Personal Information, thus it strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Data stored on your device is protected by the device's own protections, and the data your account syncs travels over an encrypted connection and is stored on our server under your account.
